Can I personalise my Gift Voucher?
Yes, you can add notes to your order at the checkout – tell me who it’s for and who it’s from – and any message you would like to go with it.
Can I use my gift card over more than one booking?
Yes, you can use your gift card over as many bookings as you like. If the value of your chosen treatments is over the amount in the gift card, then you can simply pay the additional amount.
Does my gift card have an expiry date?
You can redeem your gift card for three months after the date of purchase, which is noted in the receipt email.
How long do the physical gift cards take to arrive?
We send our physical gift cards by 1st class Royal Mail. Please allow 1-3 working days for the gift card to be dispatched.
