The online booking system is a work-in-progress as I try to keep up with technology - but you can give me a call, leave a voice mesage, email me or reach out to me on Facebook messenger. I may not be able to reply instantly if I am with a client for their appointment, but will reply as soon as possible.
Please wear whatever's comfortable - there are hanging facilities available, but please don't come with full-face make-up if you're coming for a facial treatment.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. There's no upper limit to the age, as long as you are fit and well and can access the treatment bed.
Yes, there's plenty of free parking available - either at the front or to the rear of the salon.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time - then the deposit lost.
If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your appointment, it will be considered a ‘no-show’ and the deposit, again will be lost.
CANCELLATION
Please apppreciate that when you forget or cancel/postpone your appointment without giving enough notice, I am unable to re-fill that appointment slot.
I ask for a 50% deposit upon booking, then the remainder to be paid on the day. Payments accepted are cash, card payment or bank transfer.
I require at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel/postpone your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, then the deposit will be lost.
Unfortunately not, I moved away from mobile quite some time ago now to focus on building up and working from my salon.
